Aadharshila was established at Motilal Nehru College to address an essential dimension of higher education: that academic excellence without emotional composure, moral steadfastness, and articulate courage remains incomplete.
At Aadharshila (meaning The Foundation Stone), we believe that personality development is not about adopting an artificial persona, memorizing interview answers, or putting on a superficial facade. True development is the progressive alignment of self-awareness, personal values, articulate speech, and moral responsibility.
